Road Rash PC Cheat Codes & What They Do

Enter xyzzy during a race first — your rider’s name turns yellow to confirm cheat mode is on. Then type any code below during gameplay. The punctuation matters (the ! in spoon!, the apostrophe in k'thunk!).

How to Enter Cheat Codes in Road Rash

  1. Start a race and begin riding — codes are typed during gameplay, not from a menu.
  2. Type xyzzy to switch cheat mode on. Your rider’s name turns yellow to confirm it worked.
  3. Type any code from the table while racing — for example spoon! for a nitro top-up or thwack! for the chain.
  4. For bribe, type the word and press Enter, and make sure the cop is on your screen — otherwise nothing happens.
  5. Type plugh at any time to turn all cheats back off.

Tip: include the exact punctuation. spoon!, thwack!, and k'thunk! won’t register without their ! and apostrophe.

Road Rash Mechanics Cheat-Sheet — Combat, Nitro & Police

Combat

  • Pull alongside a rival and strike to knock them off — a weapon makes it far easier.
  • Grab the chain (thwack!) for reach or the club (k'thunk!) for power; weapons can also be taken off opponents mid-race.
  • overkill turns strikes into one-hit takedowns.

Nitro

  • Nitro is your burst of top speed for catching the leader or escaping a crash gap.
  • spoon! refills the nitro bar instantly — re-enter it whenever you’re empty.

Police

  • Cops chase you when you’re caught speeding or brawling and will try to bust you if they pull alongside.
  • bribe (then Enter, cop on-screen) or yes,occifer makes the pursuing cop vanish.
